Sliding Scale Tuition
Tuition assistance is available based on household need.

Community sponsors may fund individual student participation.
Financial assistance is available. No youth will be denied participation due to verified financial hardship.

Barrio Soul Escuela de Lowriders is built on structure, mentorship, and accountability.

Do students need their own bicycle?
No. Equipment access will be discussed upon acceptance into the program.
Is this program affiliated with gangs?
No. Barrio Soul Escuela de Lowriders is a structured educational and mentorship program focused on cultural appreciation, craftsmanship, and youth development.
Is the program open to girls?
Yes. The program is open to all eligible youth.
What happens if my child misses a session?
Consistent attendance is required. Absences must be communicated in advance and may affect program completion.
Is there a waitlist?
Yes. Once enrollment capacity is reached, applicants will be placed on a waitlist and notified as seats become available.
